HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR HARMONIC EGG SESSION
Now that you’ve booked your first Harmonic Egg session, you’re probably wondering what to expect.

First, you’re going to receive email confirmation of your appointment and a receipt for your purchase. You’ll also receive another email with the information below, plus a couple links. The first link is to an online Informed Consent Form. The second link is an online Intake Form. Take a few minutes with this one to answer the questions, because your responses will help us best determine what music and colors will be most beneficial to use for your session.
What to Wear for Your Harmonic Egg Session
Plan to dress comfortably for your session. In the summer months you might want to wear light pants and a comfortable shirt. We will provide a light blanket if you’d like one while in the Egg. We also ask you to refrain from wearing any perfumes or colognes. Metal, including jewelry should be removed for the session. We have a comfortable chair and a table in the Egg room to place your personal items. Cell phones and beverages are not allowed in the Egg, and we will ask you to remove your shoes as well.
How Harmonic Egg Sessions Work
When you arrive for your session, we will spend a few minutes reviewing your Intake Form and discussing your goals for your health and setting an intention for the session. You will spend 50 minutes in the Harmonic Egg – 40 minutes of music and 10 minutes of silence. It doesn’t matter if you listen to the music, meditate or sleep, and it doesn’t matter if you keep your eyes open or closed. The 10 minute quiet time gives your body time to start integrating and begin the re-balancing/resetting process. Plan on spending approximately 60 to 70 minutes at the Center.
You will likely experience positive feelings following your sessions:
- Feeling lighter
- Feeling happy or blissful
- Increased energy / can take on the world
- Feeling reflective
You may also experience some possible uncomfortable feelings:
- Out of sorts
- Emotional
- Sluggish or tired
- Achy/flu like symptoms
- Joint pain
Some people smell an odor after their session. This is nothing to be alarmed about, it simply indicates that your body is releasing toxins. These are all signs that the session is working. If you do notice uncomfortable detox symptoms, KNOW that you are going to start feeling better as your body releases toxins that may have been stored in your body for a very long time. Be gentle with yourself and trust your body’s process.
Over the next several days, it will be important to nurture yourself, get plenty of rest, eat healthy meals, and drink lots of water. These are imperative so that your body can integrate the light, sound, frequency and vibrations of the Harmonic Egg.

Your Harmonic Egg session will aide your body in detoxing, but proper hydration is needed to move the toxins along and out of the body. When using these frequencies, results are enhanced by drinking 60 or more ounces of water a day for five days.

How Many Harmonic Egg Sessions Should I Plan to Do?
Everyone is different so the number of sessions is dependent on the individual’s specific needs and can be determined after your first session.
If you really want to commit to your health, we recommend you sign up for
3 to 10 sessions for the most effective results. It’s best to do one session every week for the number of sessions you selected. This gives your body time to integrate, detox and reset.
Please reschedule any energy work such as massage, acupuncture and reiki for 3 days before and 5 days after doing a Harmonic Egg session. Each of these energy healing modalities needs time to integrate so please honor your healing journey.
