Realign Your Life Wellness Center uses energy healing methods to assist people on their healing journey. Energy healing is non-invasive and can help with restoring balance for people who are stressed, which is the cause of most illness.
In addition to Harmonic Egg® Sessions, we also provide the Body Code Energy Healing, Life Force Energy Therapy with Sound, Higher Guidance Life Coaching, and Sound Baths.
The Harmonic Egg® is a powerful energy healing modality for people who are seeking a more holistic approach to energy healing. Getting to the root cause of illness is the only way to let go of the emotional root of whatever it is you're dealing with, and the Harmonic Egg® not only addresses the emotional root, but it also works at a cellular level.
The Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code are energy healing modalities that work together. It allows us to identify and release trapped emotions, imbalances, misalignments and negative belief systems in the body. These energetic blockages contribute to discomfort felt in the body, and are at the root of most illness.
Life Force Energy Therapy with Sound is an energy healing modality that incorporates sound and vibration using tuning forks and Tibetan bowls placed on the body. The combination of sound, vibration and Life Force Energy healing is especially effective for people dealing with energy blockages that contribute to painful conditions.
Learning to breathe properly is one way to improve your health. Oxygenating the cells through breathwork can make a difference in your overall health. You can also use different breathing techniques to calm your nervous system, which also contributes to overall health. Regular breathwork is a great way to give your body the support it needs.
Sound baths use a combination of different instruments such as gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, string instruments, drums and more. Join us on Tuesday nights for relaxing sound baths or book a sound bath for yourself, for you and another person, or even a small group.
Energy healing is not just for people, it's for animals too. The Harmonic Egg Sound and Light Therapy is one way to energetically heal our beloved pets. The Emotion Code and Body Code is also helpful for releasing trapped emotions and stuck trauma energy.
