Opening the Third Eye Sound Bath January 27th at 7pm

Are you feeling a bit stuck? Maybe you were once intuitive, but now you find yourself doubting every decision. This could be because your third eye chakra is blocked. The third eye chakra is your spiritual center and oversees your perception, intuition, and imagination. When it’s blocked, you may feel uncertain, stressed, or frustrated with the universe and yourself.

This 3rd eye chakra is believed to be linked to the pineal gland.
The pineal gland is a pea-sized gland shaped like a pinecone, located in the vertebrate brain near the hypothalamus and pituitary gland. Thankfully, you can do quite a few things to activate and open your third eye. Join us and with our help and intention, you’ll feel enlightened in no time.

There is limited space for the number of attendees. Sign up early to reserve a mat. Once the attendance level is reached others cannot attend.

Cost: $25.00

1-hour event. Allow 1.5 hours from the time you arrive till you leave.

Starting at 7:00 pm. Please be on time, door locks at 6:59 pm. We cannot accommodate late arrivals

Please dress comfortably. You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat, which can be placed on top of our cushion.

Release Anxiety & Tension Sound Bath

The many demands in our lives can lead to anxiety and tension. When you’re trying to deal with life’s many responsibilities, having a natural way of feeling calmer and more peaceful can really help. That’s why we’ve offering a sound bath on Tuesday February 10, 2026, at 7 pm to help cope with anxiety & tension and improve your emotional well-being.

Cost: $25.00

This is a one-hour event. Allow 1.5 hours from the time you arrive till you leave. Starts at 7:00 pm. Please be on time, door locks at 6:59 pm. We cannot accommodate late arrivals.

You’ll want to give yourself enough time to arrive and get set up in the space to not add extra stress to yourself. Allow yourself to settle and set intentions for your session, as it’s nice to have a minute to connect with your practitioner and the community.
