Join us for a sound bath to release negative energy on April 25th at 7pm.

Event cost: $15

One hour sound bath. Starts promptly at 7:00 pm.

Allow 1.5 hours from the time you arrive to the time you leave.

Please bring your yoga mat and dress comfortably. If you don’t have a yoga mat, you can use one of ours. Bolsters available.

New Moon Sound Bath

The new moon phase is considered a time of new beginnings, renewal, and growth. It is believed that the energy of the new moon can help us set intentions, manifest our desires, and bring positive changes into our lives. This sound bath is designed to get you into a deep state of relaxation, and meditation, where you can create new beginnings.
