Surviving the Chaos - Grounding and Energy Tools to Keep it Together

Life can often feel unpredictable and overwhelming, especially when we face unexpected challenges or obstacles. This course is designed to provide participants with practical tools to help regain clarity, resilience, and balance amidst life’s chaos. Many of the exercises are rooted in the Eden Method, while others are inspired by the Eden Method and/or other energy-based practices. Together, they offer a comprehensive approach to harmonizing your energy systems and grounding your intentions.

The session is structured into four key sections:

1. Grounding Techniques – Learn simple, effective ways to feel centered and supported, no matter the circumstances.
2. Micropractices for Stress Relief – Discover quick, actionable strategies to reduce stress and find calm in your daily life.
3. Alignment of Energy Systems – Explore how to harmonize and balance your energetic body for greater flow and connection.
4. Guided Vision Integration – Conclude the first portion of the class with an immersive session designed to ground your visions and dreams through your energy systems, bringing inspiration into reality.

Sound Bath - The class will end with a 15-minute sound bath, allowing participants to integrate the energy work and leave feeling deeply relaxed and restored.

Sound Healing Emmersion Sound Bath

May 5th from at 7pm

The next Sound Healing Immersion Group Sound Bath is Tuesday, May 5 at 7:00 pm, in Mesa, AZ at Realign Your Life Wellness Center – 931 E. Southern Ave, suite 106.

Cost: $25.00

Please be on time, door locks at 6:59 pm. We cannot accommodate late arrivals.

You’ll want to give yourself enough time to arrive and get set up in the space to not add extra stress to yourself. Allow yourself to settle and set intentions for your session, as it’s nice to have a minute to connect with your practitioner and the community.

ATTENTION!
There is limited space for the number of attendees. Sign up early to reserve a mat. Once attendance level is reached others cannot attend.

Please dress comfortably. You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat, which can be placed on top of our cushion.

This Energy Balancing Group Sound Healing experience allows participants to completely let go and receive a realignment to their entire energetic body using powerful sound vibration.
