SOUND BATHS

Imagine laying on a yoga mat being bathed in beautiful waves of sound from healing instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, bells, strings and gongs. All you have to do is listen and let the sound wash over you. Sound wave frequencies from the instruments help promote relaxation and restoration within the body, mind and spirit.


Most sound baths include the use of instruments such as Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and gongs. At Realign Your Life Wellness Center, we incorporate many more sound healing instruments into our sound baths. For example, you may also enjoy the monolina, tongue drum, koshi chimes, crystal triangle, rain stick, tuning forks and more. 



The chakras, or energy centers, are a fundamental influence for the physical body. So when there is blockage or disharmony within the energetic body, it can often manifest into a physical and/or emotional illness or imbalance. Sound wave frequencies from these instruments help harmonize imbalances or blockages – energetically, emotionally, or physically.

What can you expect at a Sound Bath?

You will typically lay in a comfortable position on the floor on a yoga mat. We offer bolsters to put under your knees for additional comfort. You can bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours. Feel free to bring a pillow and blanket if that will make you feel more comfortable.


You will simply relax, close your eyes and enjoy the experience. You don’t need to think about anything, you can just be.

 

The sound healer will play several instruments during the sound bath and may also include voice chants.


At the end of the session, the sound healer will guide you back to awareness before concluding the sound bath.

Sound Bath Group Experience:

This is a group experience that allows participants to completely let go and receive a realignment to their entire energetic body using powerful sound vibrations from several instruments. The sessions are held at Realign Your Life Wellness Center.

Individual Sound Bath

During this powerful private session, crystal singing bowls, gongs, pyramids, drums, and other instruments produce a matrix of healing energies that are used to induce relaxation, expansion, clearing, and rejuvenation on every level of your being. 


During your session, you will be lying on a massage table with a blanket for comfort as you enjoy sound waves from a blend of therapeutic instruments being played on and around your body. These sound sessions are personally tuned to your needs. The frequencies allow balancing of energy centers and/or releasing of different emotions, illnesses, diseases & trauma. You will leave feeling more relaxed and content.

Corporate Sound Bath Experience

This non-contact healing modality is ideal for corporate retreats, team building workshops, corporate wellness programs and community groups. As a Certified Sound Practitioner, Steve can customize a sound bath session around your organization’s goals for the experience.


This exclusive sound bath experience can be created for groups of 4 or more people. All sessions are 60 minutes.
