HOW DOES THE HARMONIC EGG® WORK?
The Harmonic Egg® is a resonant chamber that creates the perfect environment for deep relaxation and promotes self healing. The unique egg-shaped chamber is designed to amplify healing frequencies in a consistent 3D auditory environment. A series of sessions can activate your body's own natural ability to balance and restore itself.
Sound frequencies and color frequencies are chosen based on client intention. Each piece of music has been created for the Egg with specific intentions, which is why we are able to customize each session for the individual. Color choices are also based on the intention for the session. This is what makes the Harmonic Egg® unique - every session is personalized for the individual.
When you arrive for your session, we will explain more about the music and color choices, what to expect during your session, and how to get the most from your session in the days following. We will also make recommendations for how best to approach your wellness goals. For some it will mean
nervous system regulation and for others, support for a physical or emotional condition.
During your session you will relax in a zero gravity chair. There is nothing you have to do during the session, but we recommend focusing your attention on your intention. Think about how you would like to feel after the session. Visualize the color being used in the session, absorbing through your skin and deep into your cells. Deep breathing can also help you stay focused.
Everyone experiences the Harmonic Egg differently. Many people feel physical sensation such as tingling or muscle twitches. These are signs of energetic release. Not everyone experiences physical sensation and that's okay. Focusing on the music is a good way to stay present so you can enjoy your session.
The session lasts for 50 minutes - 40 minutes of music and 10 minutes of silence, which will help you begin integrating the session. The full integration period is about 5 days so during that time you may continue to notice changes. You will also be detoxing in the days after your session so staying hydrated will be important so your body can flush the toxins being released.
